I was very pleased with the service provided by Ali at Bathroom Creations. The ordering and delivery of chosen bathroom items was seamless and, importantly, all conducted in a timely manner. The stock was readily available and there were no delays to the project delivery for my contractors. Costings were competitive and reasonable when compared with other places I had researched, and the showroom is modest but well stocked with varied options for main bathroom accessories. Ali followed up to a minor concern re a toilet seat with great efficiency, success and courtesy. I highly recommend this business

Outstanding customer service! Contact was made via website and a response within hours received. Ali went over and above with photos, updates of ordered vanity and he personally delivered it in time for our tiling to be started by the following week. Highly recommend the service and the product! Ali has a large range of bathroom stuff on display. It was easy to see what our ideas would look like in the real world. Communication was very good throughout. Delivery was efficient and with items where a delay was expected we were informed up front. The few things we needed addressed afterwards were handled without issue. We will use Bathroom Creations for our next reno.

Ali is extremely helpful, he helps me to get many of my bathroom renovation items at reasonable price, within the timeframe I want. His shop is not big, but he has many products not on display - you just need to ask and he will source it for you. He provides excellent customer service and advices, and most importantly, he is not pushy at all. He is a real pleasant to deal with!
