Sold my place back in 2003 using Anreps. Great for sale board. Listened to all suggestions. Suggested not to pay extra for flash pics as they say most people go straight to open inspection section . Closed my sale at a few hours notice. If you think your house can sell itself and u r prepared to do the openings yourself which is an experience in itself. Get dressed up and a clipboard and pretend to be an agent. Go with Anreps and save big $ and go on lots of holidays with the savings. Would definitely use them again.

I have sold twice with ANREPS in the last 4 years, first sale took 3 months, but the market was slow back in 2013, but we were fighting a previous sale in our group of townhouses who brought off the plan 5 years earlier and did not care what price they got, So I was battling previous sales, Sam was always helpful and always followed up with all queries, We just signed up again after we put our house for sale the market is totally different but we had a fabulous house to sell very modern, gourmet kitchen fully tech fitted and it sold in ONE HOUR, but SAM got us top dollar for our place and it did
