Katie on the blower and Tye on the tools sorted out a blown EGR pipe on the exhaust manifold within 24 hours from my phone call. I was 700km from Brisbane camping in the bush with my family when it hit the fan. Proper nice people, quick service and bloody fair rates. Happy camper here. Would use their services every time if given the chance.

Brad and his team done a remap and tune on my Isuzu in Mackay yesterday and the results were bloody good. Increase in horsepower, smoother pickup no lag, smoother gear shifting (auto), and better fuel economy, and a good competitive price. Would recommend this team to anyone looking to get performance work or remap work completed.

While travelling to Brisbane this week, we developed an issue with the car. We were directed to Brad at Insane Performance. His service starts at the front door with Katie, and we were so impressed with their professional, friendly manner. His diagnostic skills as to the problem were spot on. The car and caravan were transported back to Mackay and the local dealership confirmed Brad's diagnosis. Thank you to an awesome business, we would absolutely recommend you. Just had a Cam Package installed into my 2014 Calais. I am extremely happy with the result, nice sound and plenty of horses to the ground. Brad and his team have done a grand job, also very time efficient, hats off to Katie also for her assistance in the time frame and organising all the parts.

I gave them my campervan during 3 hours for a full service.
I never had any problem with it, it is in good condition... I was really surprised when they announced me the price of 995 dollars!
I had a look and they charged me 4.5h of labour time! When I shown them that, they diminue a little bit the price but it was still really expensive.
When I left, I went to see two other garage to confirm that the price was not fair and they confirmed me it. The price of what they have done is between 500 and 600 dollars.
I send them messages to have explanations and they never answered!
