We would absolutely recommend that you utilize Money Matters with Melody. This little pocket rocket got us approved for our new home loan after being messed around by our previous mortgage lender. To say we were stressed would be an understatement! Melody came to us, evaluated our position and within 10 minutes had 3 lenders to help us. The process was streamlined and virtually paperless. Melody was available and very responsive to our calls and emails no matter how many we sent or how silly the question was, we were treated with courtesy and respect. What can be a stressful time gaining home finance!!! Was made SO MUCH EASIER with Melody’s help. I liked her down to earth, practical professional manner. This was my first time buying a home, and from what i had been told by other home owners was that it is a very stressful time. Melody took that stress away from me.
