Had my brand car serviced by Subaru since new according to the log book, turns out when I go to sell it it needs $1000 worth of work for something all other mechanics have told me should have lasted twice as long and should have been picked up in previous services… their response: not our problem.

My check engine light came on a few hours into a family road trip with a lean fuel code. I rang my usual Subaru centre who informed me that the camberwell branch was a few kms away and to head there. When I got there I was told they were to busy to check it. Went across the street to a general mechanic and the gentlemen checked it and got me back on the road.

Dependable high quality service. They work hard on whatever your concern is. Have been using them for over a decade. Highly recommended. This time they did a routine service and a repair to replace a heat shield. They even did 2 things beyond what I was expecting. One I forgot to mention but they picked up anyway.

Over the past 2 years I have had trouble with the cover over the spare wheel in boot. I have on numerous occasions mentioned this to service teams of which I have been told they have looked at it, but once driven off it comes loose once again. I mentioned this to Mark at Camberwell and he took it upon himself to have the issue rectified. When I collected my car he went through what had been done and how they had fixed the issue with no cost. Employee of the month Mark.Thanks

Quality of the end-to-end service process experience was very high, from the initial booking in of the service, to checking in the car on service day to and the pick-up ! Mark Wright the service officer was very good and took his time to address my questions and provide a lot if useful info! Teh wash and vacuum was great as well! Thanks guys.

My left hand headlight failed. I had a go at accessing the bulb housing but you need the agility of a double-jointed monkey to even open the capping. The team at Subaru Cambewell fitted me in the next day and changed the bulb for $45 plus $35 for labour. Given how fiddly the job was, that’s good value.

We have always had out Subaru's serviced in Camberwell. Always professional and on time. Usually the car is ready before they estimate which is always a nice surprise and on the odd occasion we have needed more urgent assistance, they have done their best to fit us in..... and the car is always cleaned when we pick it up.

The team are very efficient whilst checking in the car, and getting me a loan car to use. I was sent a text to request if I gave permission for a new part, which I have never experienced before, but is certainly a courtesy! They were finished the job earlier than anticipated, and let me know via text, which was very helpful that day. All round, an experience which felt very efficient and professional. Very happy with that!
