Contacted this company in November 2020.. took my deposit did not get my blinds until late January of this year. they have forever been broken and not installed properly.. from the management to the owners to the installers including the state manager are all disgusting to deal with.
Misleading and quiet Diseptive.
We now are heading to court as they are refussing to attend for the 7th time in less than seven months

FAB BLINDS, SUCH A PROFFESIONAL COMPANY. We ordered our blinds then received a confirmation email of our order, we then had a call from a wonderful lady in the office to book the fitting day who literally juggled times around to fit around my work commitments. Jamie who fitted our beautiful blinds was polite, very quick and tidied up behind him. just recommended my sister who's looking forward to her amazing blinds too. Thank you to all the guys x

WARNING: DO NOT BUY BLINDS FROM THIS COMPANY
I took U Blinds Australia to NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal and the tribunal found:
"that the blinds are not of merchantable quality, and are not fit for the purpose for which they were supplied. The Tribunal is satisfied that the failure to comply with the consumer guarantees is a major failure, because a reasonable consumer would not have purchased the blinds if they knew that they would continually break and need ongoing repairs."
In these circumstances the consumer is entitled to a refund of the price paid for the blinds.

We ordered Plantation Shutters, External Awnings and Dual Roller Blinds in July 2018. We arranged installation on 3/10/18 and we paid in full. When the dual rollers were put up, some had white ends (what we wanted) and some had black ends??? The installer noted some were wrong, and said he would get the correct ends (all white) and return to finish the installation. He returned on 7th November - still wrong parts. He returned again on 26th November - wrong again. And then again on 9th January, and this time as he had the wrong parts again, he actually took one of the blinds down and took it with
