When considering a plastic or cosmetic surgery procedure, the most important decision you will make is your choice of surgeon. Breast enlargement, also known as augmentation mammaplasty, is a surgical procedure our Specialist Plastic Surgeons perform in Perth that uses implants to increase the size of breasts. Breast augmentation will also correct slight sagging of the breast and can increase breast firmness. A similar procedure can be performed during breast reconstruction surgery following a mastectomy.
Breast lift, also known as mastopexy, is a surgical procedure for women who, although satisfied with the size of their breasts, are unhappy about sagging and loss of firmness. This procedure can be performed for aesthetic (cosmetic) purposes or for medical/functional reasons (e.g. Increase the volume of breasts, in combination with the insertion of an artificial implant to enlarge the breast.
Breast reduction, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is a surgical procedure aimed at reducing overly large or sagging breasts to a more comfortable shape and size. This procedure can be performed for aesthetic (cosmetic) purposes or for medical/functional reasons, the latter being dependent on strict Medicare eligibility criteria.

I first saw Dr Anthony Williams from Assure Plastic Surgery Center at Leederville Private Hospital for removal of skin cancer on my neck and chest.
I had no pain and scars that are barely visible.
Because I had a very good experience, I then saw him again an eye lid reduction (blepharoplasty) .
I had a great experience from start to finish.
The staff were all wonderful, pre and post on care was first class.
I had no pain very little swelling after surgery.
I would recommend Dr Williams and his staff to care for you for any procedure you are considering.
