Hi Bianca and team -
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and Richard and the rest of the team for making and producing Rhiannon’s wristbands . I still can’t believe that Richard went above and beyond picking these up from Tullamarine and driving them out to the funeral in Dandenong with a hour to spare before we said our final goodbyes.
… This is customer service to the next level and I am so appreciative of all that you guys have done for me .
Rhiannon would of loved them and to see everyone wearing them in her honour , so thanks again for all your help will definitely
