Steve sorted our hotel transfer requirements last year, so happy to book their services again this year. Our travel plans thrown into chaos recently, travelling to QLD from NSW with the current Covid restrictions. Steve offered a full refund or transfer to another date. A prompt & favorable reply. They will get our business again shortly. I highly recommend Steve & his team of drivers, a service second to none!

One word Hopeless best describes dealing with this company, Rang them thy sounded like on the phone they had the perfect offer for what we needed which was have a driver and a car for a few days, they were going to get back to me later the day I rang with some sort of plan. I rang Rossie back later that day and was told was too busy to do anything and she would get back shortly, we dad already confirmed the Saturday. never heard back no car, really stuffed up our plans majorly. Totally non professional company, not to be relied apon

My Husband and I had a very comfortable, easy and professional experience recently on our Honeymoon. Steve was wonderful to communicate with and made the whole process very stress free despite it being my mistake to book so last minuet. We could not have asked for a better option to transport us between Cairns and Port Douglas. The vehicles were immaculate in presentation and were very clean.

Steve Smith of Dragon Tours deserves 10 stars, not 5. He rescued us when our arranged tour company closed down without notifying us. He calmed me down, and told me not to worry. He offered to get us back to the airport free of charge. How many operators would do that? What a lovely person! Will definitely be using Steve's company next time we are in Cairns. Thank you Steve.
