The team at Exquisite Smiles has always been very accommodating and professional since my first visit in 2018. From showing me photos and explaining all processes to patiently answering any questions I had. Special mention to Dr Dipal Dave and Lindsey who did a thorough job and took great pride in their work. Exquisite everything from the first moment you engage with Exquisite Smiles. Phone manner of the receptionists, the branding, cleanliness and friendliness of staff when you arrive is exceptional. I've been there twice, first for a mouthguard for footy and again for a last minute toothache which they made time for. I never mentioned when I was playing footy - however the mouthguard arrived late on a Friday and they assumed that I might want it for the next day - so gave me a call to let me know if I wasn't far they'd hang around so I can grab it before they close up - wow. I have severe dental anxiety, and due to this, hadn't been to a dentist in seven years. Unfortunately because of this, I ended up needing a root canal after one of my teeth broke. I chose Exquisite Smiles based on Google reviews, and I was not disappointed. Dr Rajeev explained everything to me in great detail and was incredibly kind and patient with my anxiety. He made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way and was so gentle, I almost forgot I was at the dentist. If I could give Raj and the team 10 stars, I would!! My experience with Exquisite Smiles Warner has been nothing short of outstanding! My previous experiences with dentists has not been pleasant, but I had 3 fillings done today and I can honestly say it was a relaxing experience!!! I had my first Dental appointment today, Dr Rajeev was so wonderful and make you very comfortable with explaining everything in detail. All the procedure gone extremely smooth and his understanding of patient requirement with appropriate advise was commendable.
