I have had a really poor experience with booking my car to get serviced with Tyre Tech. I booked in a service for Tuesday via the phone the week prior. I asked what time the car should be brought in and was told 9am. I brought the car in at 8am, knowing that I hadn't booked for that time but seeing their business hours listed at 8am on Tuesdays. The business was closed - garage doors were not open, the reception was not open, no lights were on and no movement inside. I even went up to the front door to see if it was open. I waited for about 20 minutes and then gave them a call - no answer. I waited

As a girl, I don’t like going to the mechanics.. I don’t understand much usually it’s scary. I visited Tyre Tech because my headlights blown and all the lovely guys made me feel at ease and assured me that they would attend to my headlights without a fuss. I was in and out within 10 minutes and all that been said. The guys were so happy and nice. I honestly could say this has been one of my best experiences in a mechanic shop. Thanks so much guys for everything you have done. I’ll be choosing Tyre Tech as my mechanic shop !

I have spent almost over $2,000 here fixing my car with them and biggest waste of money. My car has not been the same since they’ve touched it and I’m super disappointed because their customer service is great. I paid over $100 from them for window wipers that were supposedly brand new that don’t even work but I didn’t have the time to take it back… to be fixed because I was travelling. My car had never ever sounded worse since they touched it. I have had to take it to Mazda and they have had to re-fix always everything Tyre Tech SUPPOSEDLY fixed up for me. So sooooo

Ozzi & his team are amazing!!! Unbeatable service and guidance with what is needed. They genuinely care about customers and are passionate about tyres and wheels. 10/10!
