Established in 1928, the 18 hole championship course is nestled among the rolling hills of Yokine. Ideally located 8 kilometres from the Perth CBD, the traditional Tudor Clubhouse overlooks superb fairways, greens and a picturesque lake, also boasting views to the city and Darling Ranges. Notably, the 12th tee box is one of the highest view points within the metropolitan area.

Services
The journey that began in 1928 as a result of our visionary benefactors demands that the elected custodians of The Western Australian Golf Club exhibit and enact policies that are cognisant of the mission and visionary philosophy of how our club will prosper and grow for the benefit of its members and the surrounding community.
Whilst it is acknowledged that evolving fashions make complete guidelines impractical, our prime objective remains unchanged - that the standard of dress on the course and in the Clubhouse reflects the status and dignity of The Western Australian Golf Club. All members, caddies and visitors to the Club are advised to dress in good taste at all times and so maintain the dignity of the game of golf and Club standards.

Thank you so much to Patrice and his amazing team at WAGC. We celebrated Dad's 80th birthday this month with a cocktail party for 74 guests, and the function was truly outstanding. The views of the course and city were beautiful. The cocktail food was tasty, well presented and plentiful. The staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient.

Been here many times for lunch. A delightfully comfortable venue for a quiet meal with a spouse or partner or with friends for a long pleasant catchup.
The scenery is captivating yet soothing and makes it very addictive and relaxing on a warm day seated on the verandah where we can chat for hours . Coupled with the excellent service from the staff and no pressure put on you to leave in a hurry ,it has become a favourite venue. The drinks and beverages are reasonably priced, as well as the food, which has always been well presented, delicious , very generously portioned and served with the utmost

There isn't a better pure golfing venue in the state. The tough par 70 (Men's tees) layout is well bunkered and the challenging greens will test the best of golfers. After the game, enjoy a seat on the terrace, with a cold drink in hand and the cool breeze blowing, there's hardly a better place to relax. Throw in great food and a view of the city - paradise.

I never played golf or even been inside this place Lol but dude I like to cycle up the huge hill road on the east side of the course. It's this 750m long super steep hill thats so worth getting to the top of cause there will be a really nice bench where i took the photo overviewing the golf course and also a nice view of the city.
a couple days ago i went up the hill and was gonna sit on the bench for a quick rest and cooldown but there was already this lovely elderly couple sitting there just vibing Omg 😻

A beautiful and classic course very close to the City of Perth. One can get a great view of the city at hole 12. A challenging course with narrow tree-lined fairways.

Thoroughly enjoy the golf course and love using the new PGC facility downstairs. Definitely worth being able to see trackman numbers along with front and rear cameras to analyse your swing as you practice.
