Dr Heidi Upneck-Nel (Chiropractor) has been in practice for many years both in South Africa, and here in Australia. She enjoys offering natural healing in a comfortable atmosphere to the people of Metford, Maitland and surrounding communities. At Thornton Chiropractic, we're dedicated to improving the quality of each person's health.

I've always had a strong interest in the way the body works and a more natural approach to health. After I had finished school, I made a list of things I wanted from my career. A chiropractor I met had such enthusiasm for his profession that I had to investigate it further. I already loved physiology and learning.
Santah has been an enthusiastic Chiropractic patient for over 15 years and is continually learning more about the benefits of being well adjusted. Originally from South Africa, Santah has a background in coaching children's sport and her friendly and fun manner keeps everyone around her smiling. Santah has excellent problem solving skills which are put to good use managing the day to day running of the practice.
Thornton Chiropractic's focus is on helping you in the manner best suited to your needs. Chiropractic care is our main area of expertise, but we offer complementary services that can serve as an important part of your healing. Dr Heidi Upneck-Nel (Chiropractor) is skilled in giving specific chiropractic adjustments, determining which method suits your needs with gentle palpation.

Heidi and the team are second to none! Definitely one of the best Chiropractors that we have been to. Heidi is passionate about her work, keeps up to date with all of the current practices and educates us on how to take better care of ourselves in general. I would recommend Heidi to anyone that requires pain or discomfort management on the musculoskeletal system or even just to keep your body in good shape.
