Today i had the worst, gut wrenching experience that i have even had in my life in a place of business. My son had 2 therapy appointments this morning and my daughter an I had eye doctors appointments immediately after. I rushed to Buenavista but still missed my appointment an I’m ok with that as long as my daughter received hers. Due to vivid i had to sit in the car with my 5 year old son while my daughter went in by herself to attend her appointment which wasn’t an issue because she is a teenager. When she was done she came out to the car and handed me her papers. I asked sis she pick out

That 1 star review from Yarida Reyes sounds fake, I’m pretty sure they didn’t “reject you at the door”. We’ve been in a pandemic for 2 years now, they could probably make more money by letting everyone in but it looks like they’re prioritizing safety over profit which is commendable since they are a small business.
I had a wonderful experience there! Friendly staff, beautiful frame selection, and all Covid precautions taken seriously. They were so patient with my daughter and I appreciated how they took the time to explain everything. I will be back with my family!

I had 2 unfortunate experiences here. The first one I had an appointment for my daughter age 6, upon arrival I was greeted and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. I had my 6year old and my 4 year old with me at the time. The receptionist looked at me and over to her coworker. They looked at me and said unfortunately we will not be able to see you today. Only the parent and patient are allowed in. Mind you I thought it was CoViD restrictions, I informed them unfortunately I’m a single mom so I don’t have the luxury to leave my kids at home. They just said sorry we can’t see you. I missed

I strongly recommend this place. The experience is one of a kind. I went there with my son and loved how everyone was patient with him. I also expressed to the doctor how the light bothers me when I am driving and she told me about prescription sunglasses. I liked how the staff was very precautious with covid. It made me feel safe having my son in there. They have a great selection of glasses, great staff and a good doctor. Cant wait to go back.

I’m very happy with the service at buena vista, they all very profesional. My prescription and experience from day one was beyond my expectations. I want to thank Brenda for her patience and professionalism on helping me find the right eyeglasses 👓 for me back in April. I get many compliments still. Jazz is absolutely amazing at her job. So welcoming and sweet, she makes you feel safe at the clinic. The clinic itself is always, and I mean always, spectacular. The staff, from the front desk, to the doctors themselves never fail to make me nervous or confused or afraid. They tell me exactly where to go and what I need to do so I don't feel confused or worried on what's happening next. I never leave the area with any questions.

I have been coming to Buena Vista for like 3 years. I love the service and plus they have the best quality glasses. The staff that works there are all welcoming and very helpful. They help you and make you feel comfortable. I take my kids here as well they have many options and variety of glasses for the kids as well.

I am so grateful for the excellent service provided by In Focus eyecare. I need to see an optometrist every three weeks. I see Joseph or Theresa at In Focus and they are very knowledgeable and professional. They communicate fully and clearly and rarely keep patients waiting. The staff are equally supportive, well informed and flexible when appointments need to be changed.
