Congrats on losing a customer :).
Parked there this morning and got a coffee next door while we waited for the shop to open. Got yelled at by the shop owner to not park in their car park as it was private property. Will be going elsewear to get my bike :)

Terrible. Bike went back several times for the same issues still hasn't been fixed properly. Had to take to a different shop to fix. Paint is peeling off on a newly painted bike

Had my bike serviced there once before and thought i was being ripped off as they left my battery with loose connections, charged me for stuff they said they had done, but was apparent within 2 weeks that they hadn't, they charged me the quote price when fixing, even though the invoice came down to $200 less, then said they would email a copy through, which never happened, but on top of that, when i enquired about getting that receipt at my next service, found out dave hadn't put it through their till and there was no record of being charged the

These guys are hands down the best in the business in WA. Been dealing with Dave and his crew for 4 years. They built my bike from ground up and I couldn't be happier with there quality of workmanship and customer service. I've tried others in the past but for an honest and quality job I couldn't recommend anywhere else

Best custom shop in Perth . Mechanics were very helpful in getting my bike fixed at fraction of the price Harley quoted, I dealt solely with the mechanic that was working on my bike and he communicated with me on every step of the way in terms I could understand.Very happy with the work thanks boys !

They had 3 goes at fixing my jackshaft seal it still leaked cost $400 no refund I took bike to Harley dealer cost $600 to fix because off how supercycles had jammed the seal in Dave should be closed down he has robbed me a pensioner and thinks he smart

They need to change their website to say "we pride ourselves on our customer service....a long as you own a Harley" as soon a I mentioned Kawasaki the service I received dropped significantly...to the point I was told there was nothing for me in the premises
