In 1978 Rick Evans decided he was ready to do things his way. After a successful career working in the home furnishings department at Myer, Rick was ready to strike out on his own.
Establishing a retail premise on the Burwood Hwy at Burwood, and ably assisted by his wife Carol, Evans Curtains and Blinds was born. A short time later, Rick and Carol were joined by one of Rick's ex-Myer colleagues, Vince Raymond. The business relocated to Frankston South in 2014, and today is run by David and Samantha Nuttall.

Have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam who even went out of her way to come back a second time to confirm colours. David who installed was a pleasure. Great experience, great service, lovely quality and workmanship and would definitely use again.

Love my curtains, blinds and shutters. From the initial consultation to the last install, Samantha and David are a truly old school service. Polite, friendly, punctual and clean.
Samantha was very accommodating with her appointment time and spent a long time making sure I was happy with colour/material choices. David was equally impressive. Trouble shooting a few instillation issues quickly and most importantly cleaned up after the job was done.
Samantha and David went over and above throughout the entire process to ensure I was happy. Thank you. I love my new spaces.

I would highly recommended Evans Curtains and Blinds. They made the whole process easy and affordable and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Samantha came out to the house with a large variety of samples and was extremely patient and helpful. We didn’t have to wait long until David came to install the roller blinds and sheer curtain.
These guys go above and beyond and are genuinely lovely people to deal with, I have already recommended them to several friends.

Highly recommend Evans Curtains & Blinds. Samantha was a delight to deal with when she came out to do a measure & quote. Unlike other places that quoted, Samantha asked how I used each room every day & we tailored the blinds based on that, which ultimately saved me money.
Our blinds came within a reasonably quick timeframe & David came & did the installation. Both David & Samantha were on time, extremely efficient & very personable. And I’m in love with my new blinds!!
