Hi. I am very fond of the clothes that are sold at dollygirl/hipster - there is good range and the clothes are stylish and trendy - even though I have heard that they are "overpriced" and of "cheap quality" - they're still nice clothes :). However the service is horrendous at the parramatta store. One time I was at the store, there was a sanitary pad stained with blood stuck inside the walls of the change room - I was horrified when nothing was done about it. Today, the two usual girls were there. They are not friendly and I have seen lots of reviews also indicating this. They snarl and don't speak

Good range of clothes and nice style, however the store is unhygienic and some items can be overpriced. The change rooms are poorly lit so you can't see the outfits you wear, some doors in the changing rooms don't close and every changing room has gum stuck on the walls. Depending on the day, staff can be nice and helpful, but for the most of it, staff aren't friendly.

The clothes are great but are the workers robots ? They dont speak, greet or smile. At every hipster or dolly girl they are just plain rude and keep there eyes glued on you like you are stealing. Most times i really want to buy something but end up walking out because there staring problem makes me uncomfortable

If I could I would give negative stars to this place. The staff here in Parramatta Westfield mall - dolly girl store were the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I so wish I would have never gone to this place. If this is how you treat human beings, this store needs to be shut down. I pity the owner of this store, the clothing collection here is really good, but if the owner doesn't fire these girls the store will have to shut down for sure. I would never ever step into this store ever again. I picked 2 dresses and kept them aside and clearly told them I was buying them, they took it and
