We are the owners and developers of a new eye-catching commercial building located on a prime CBD site at 36 Abbott Street, next to the Cairns Regional Council restoration of The Old Court House. The building occupies a challenging 1,000 m2 site. Most of the previous building was demolished leaving the partial bones' around which a new building maximising the site coverage together with an additional level was constructed by Vis Constructions.

Really pleased with the build; a two storey outbuilding. Required excavation, so was complicated job, the team dealt with all aspects of build, taking real pride with their work. Kept me informed of the project, dealing with the challenges throughout. Showed some real craftmanship, adapting and adding to the original design. Hence was straightforward decision to add more jobs to the build, which included the driveway and the iron driveway doors. Would use Visk again for any other jobs that arise in the future.

I have worked with Luis for more than 10 times, he has build two big outbuilding(more than 60sq meter) for me in my current house and old house, this includes digging the foundation, brick work, finishing, end to end services. I never had to go and get anything Luis will get it. I never had to monitor the progress. Finding the right builder is the like impossible and I never had any sort of issues with Luis timing, money, commitment no false promises. I never thought I will write this for a builder. He is muti talented plumbing, electricity he knows everything.. awesome person and human being.
