We're big on family. The Garden of Eden Nursery was founded by mother and son team, Wilhelmina and Sean Dahan, and is now run by Sean's twin brothers, Scott and Brett, along with a talented and knowledgeable team of staff. At The Garden of Eden Nursery we believe in sustainable and environmental gardening practices (we've trained through Sustainable Gardening Australia and Water Saving accreditation programs).
We know the process of designing your garden and bringing it to life can be overwhelming. That's why we offer garden design, landscaping and maintenance for gardens of all shapes and sizes. We believe a garden should be designed as simply as possible with your needs in mind.
Our experienced team of horticulturists and gardeners take into consideration your location and lifestyle, as well as your requests for colour and perfume, before designing a space that reflects your personal style.Once designed, we can turn the concept into reality or provide you with the right plants and materials to allow you to build it yourself.

Absolutely pretty nursery with very patient and helpful staff. We walked away with our hands and shoulders full. Adjoining the Alber Park team stop, the neatly packed interiors and exteriors are chock full of gardening gear, pots, flowering plants, seeds and gardening instruments. It was such a peaceful feeling looking at the butterflies fluttering through without a care in the world.

This is a beautiful nursery with diverse offerings from indoor potted plants to grand rainforest trees. It was simply a delight to explore. The staff are helpful and friendly. Scott did a terrific job of planting the new Waterhousia weeping Lilly Pilly in our garden. We look forward to our next gardening adventure.

Honestly, this place was great!
Some common plants are a little bit more pricy, but it’s kinda mixed as some other plants are appropriately priced.
There are quite a vast range of plant selections, pots and other plant items and the place is really clean and nice staff.
They have a Massive Monstera that is a must see in the middle of the indoor area.

My son and I visited " The garden of Eden Nursery" where we were delighted by the lovely ambiance and great customer service. As buying plants for Christmas gifts, the staff were more then helpful, but also patient even after I chose a different pot after the kind lady already re-potted the plant for me. I really liked this plant shop and will definitely purchase again in the future.

I bought this a year ago from the store and it was diseased and is almost dead. It originally had 5-6 leaves. I pointed out the ‘brown spots’ to the staff member when I went to the store. She said it was “from rubbing during transport”. I asked her if she was sure and she reassured me. I shouldn’t have trusted her (there were two staff on and no other customers). She either took advantage of my ‘limited plant knowledge’ or is incompetent. Don’t go her unless you’re in their ‘clique’ because I felt I was judged as soon as I walked it. A year down the track, the plant definitely
