Don't use Haines glass for anything detailed or custom shaped. I was told it would take a few days. After 10 days of chasing my project up and being lied to, I told them i wouldn't pay for the workmanship because it was so far out ( a blind person would see it ) so they kept it another 2 days and tidied it up a little bit.
I ended up taking an item i am not happy with and for $180 i expected better.

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul from Haines Glass and Glazing yesterday. I had 2 windows that needed replacing and I couldn't believe how fast he got the job done and it looked great. Paul was very professional yet very friendly and I would highly recommend Haines Glass and Glazing to anyone needing to replace their glass window.

Amazing staff and exceptional service!
Haines was my first call for a broken window and will be my go to for anything glass from now on! Jenna went above and beyond to ensure I was completely informed of the replacement process & my windows were booked in for repair quickly by their amazing staff who are friendly, upbeat and very professional. I can not recommend Haines Glass enough!

I would like to thank the wonderful team at Haines Glass for the quick response to an emergency after hours call.
They attended my home promptly and replaced my bedroom window, they were in and out in no time and were not over priced. Levi the owner was the person who came out he was extremely friendly and curtious considering It was a rainy windy night and freezing cold and this was no issue for him, he attended my home within half an hour of me speaking to his wife Jenna, also extremely curtious and friendly and keen to help on the phone so I highly recommend Haines Glass to everyone.
