Was sitting next to my boss as he recieved a phone call from the boss of this accounting firm. As an Australian, i was very embarrassed and appauled to hear what was said. Pure racism and foul swearing due to being upset about a review, very very unproffesional and honestly he sounded phsycotic the way he was losing it about my boss's honest review as he was raising his voice and swearing constantly without trying to listen to what my boss had to say. I haven't had any services from this accounting firm but from hearing the way the boss speaks to people and to hear how racist he truly is, i would

These guys are not accountants they are tax agents. Big difference, they do not keep your company’s best interest at heart and also they maximise your tax payments leaving your company broke without being able to clarify why? They also charge maximum price and are not professional and friendly. They claim to be a big company but are nothing. Highly not recommended

No doubt they are highly qualified professionals and probably hold high ethical standards. Soft skill however is a different story and people skill unfortunately can not be told at school. very difficult to deal with. And the point is, they do not care about people skills. If you need an accountant that just do the work and do not care if they are easy going or hold communication skills this is the place to go. This is honest review.

This is one of the best financial planning firms in Parramatta. They provide an excellent service at a reasonable price. I have used other accountants and financial planners in the area. These are the only financial planners that don't charge on-going fees or take commissions. They only charge you for the work they do. You don't have to pay them a retainer. Try them yourself.
