The husband and wife team of Andrew and Louise Gospos have been consulting on the Gold Coast for over 10 years.

Services
You should have your childs eyes tested at least once before they start school, and earlier if there is any family history of any eye problems such as turned or lazy eyes. Being parents themselves, all of the optometrists are very comfortable and capable of testing young children and most staff members have children which makes for a child friendly environment.

I have been going here for years and have never felt more comfortable or welcome when dealing with my glasses! The staff always do whatever they can to accomodate my needs including most recently me trying contacts for the first time and making the entire experience so easy!!!

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced. A few times I have been in there no one has come out from the desk to serve me instead they just sit there typing away on there computer like there too busy to give good service. Also you are made to feel like you are stupid for asking questions in there. Don’t know how they actually run a business to be honest. A few girls from my work have had the same issue and we have lots of customers who we will be telling them not to go there!
