Services
We can assist with Expressions of Interest, all Skill Assessment applications, State or Family sponsorship, points test applications and subclass 485 Skilled Graduate visas. We assist prospective and current students in making or renewing their student visas, whether in Australia or overseas. We also assist in responding to Notices of Intention to Consider Cancellation, cancellation appeal cases and educational provider issues/appeals.
The legal team at CFIL are qualified, practising lawyers with a wealth of experience in the area of immigration law. In Australia, a person who charges for legal services must not only be suitably qualified, but must also hold a current practising certificate. These certificates are renewed each year, subject to the lawyer having current professional indemnity insurance and meeting other requirements.

One of the biggest theif migration agent. Please don't pay your hard money to her. They not doing anything special in your case. They always lie. Always say yes this way your case wi go fine after that get something wrong then they will say oh don't konw how this happen. So please go to better people then carina ford. They just want huge money without doing anything. Shame on you .

Visited last week for PR pathway. Appointment was with Hannah Beaver. Was seeking any advice or help but it was useless. It was like I was lawyer and she was my client. Didn't answer my questions up to the mark. She was repeatedly going inside to cross check if she answered my questions correctly. She was having problem with her laptop. At last she herself apologised me if she didn't or couldn't answer any of my question. We waste money to get information and didn't get proper advice.

I met with one of their lawyers Zara Boarder in November 2019 , I was looking forward to meet their best lawyers , and turned out that I met the worst , firstly she kept talking and she did not let me elaborate on details , she used the time to advertise for her firm and I was in rush to believing in any lawyer who

Prior to speaking to Leah, i spoke to two other members of the firm, one of whom was Renella Linardon who gave me a detailed brief of what the consult will include and she ensured to take attentive notes about my queries for Leah.
