Located in George Town near Launceston in Tasmania's Tamar River Valley, we provide onsite services to the entire area. Axiom Onsite is headed by James, who has worked with many support companies through the years and has over 20 years experience with a wide variety of computing situations. James has acquired many specialized tools and knowledge and has performed onsite service ranging from residential to corporate and government clients.
We service the entire Tamar Valley. Located in George Town, we can quickly and easily serve needs in Launceston, East Tamar and all around. We can still manage to service more distant points same day or next day in most instances. We can set up your new system, hook up your printer(s), network connections including internet and WiFi, make sure everything is hooked up right and working.
Table Top or Wall Mount installation. Wall mount can be done hiding cables in conduit, (least expensive) or inside the wall (best looking). If you have special wiring needs to make the mount location work, we can bring in an electrician (a partner-in-service) who is licensed and insured. We can set up your Blu-Ray, DVR or other add on AV equipment and show you how to operate it.
We accept payments through cash, BSB direct transfers, Company check, PayPal, credit cards through PayPal. Billing available on approved accounts. We have no call out fee and charge an hourly rate with a minimum one hour and thereafter quarterly. We offer special rates and discount to pensioners and will come to you 7 days a week by appointment.
I recently had a misfortune with my computer, caused mainly by myself, and could not access my backup files. Luckily from all the computer services names listed on the Central Coast I chose to call James Goolsby. He arrive promptly at the time he said he would, sorted out my problems, waited while the whole system completed a reload, and checked everything out for me.
