Sianne's first job was becoming a dental assistant at Essential Care Dental in 2014. She's been with us ever since! After four years of chairside assisting, she transitioned to working as a receptionist. Sianne quickly earned a reputation as one of the loveliest and helpful people our patients have ever met.

Dr Nikhil had always enjoyed health sciences, which made his path to dentistry natural and easy. He very much enjoys the perfect mixture of sciences, hands on creation and art all rolled into one. Dr Nikhil obtained his Bachelor of Dental Science (BDSc) from the University of Queensland in 2008. In order to provide his patients with the absolute best care possible, he continues to take professional development courses.

I took my 4 year old daughter reluctantly after a visit from another clinic left her with a bit of anxiety. The care and effort that went in to make her feel comfortable from Dr Will and Nurse Ally was amazing. She has not stopped talking about her visit to the dentist. My husband and I have both visited in the last month and we cannot fault the friendliness and professionalism from the entire team. :)

The reason I first started going to this dental practice was because of their super friendly and helpful secretary. Then, when I started seeing Dr Nikhil Morriswala, it 'cemented the deal'. I have a long and torrid dental history but Nik beats them all for his communication skills and his incredible needle-giving abilities! His dental work is spot-on too. I don't mean to rave on but seriously, I have been a very regular dental attendee for 50 years and this practice takes the prize for professionalism, kindness, ability, skill and communication. And they're open on Saturdays if you work full-time

I saw Dr Vivian Wei today for a check up and clean and she did an awesome job today. Dr Vivian was gentle and thorough. The receptionist Saianne? (Sorry if I spelt her name wrongly) was really polite, friendly and welcoming. Also Dr Vivian's dental assistant Lisa was great as well. Overall I had a fantastic experience at Essential Care Dental today and would highly recommend everyone to have their dental care managed here! 😄

Really awesome place for a dental visit. Highly professional team and on top of that, they really feel like a team there and very friendly! Dr. Pham was very helpful and feels comfortable there. Good facilities nearby as well and good undercover parking and cafes nearby! Best dental around the block!

First time at this clinic, found it easy to access the undercover parking, the dental clinic appears modern and professional. Greeted by cheerful and friendly staff. The experience with Dr Vivian was accommodating and calming, after listening and discussing my concerns, I was handed remote to pick what I want to watch on Netflix above me during the treatment process. Highly recommend this clinic.

Great First Dental Experiences. No Tears. Big smiles.
I took my five year old son to Essential Care to have his first proper dental examination a few weeks ago. Nik and his assistant, Karla, were amazing. Calm, fun, informative, caring. My son wasn't in any way nervous or upset by the experience. He actually loved it.
He needed a couple of fillings, so we scheduled in our appointment for this week. He wasn't in any way worried about going back. In fact, he was looking forward to it!
