My younger sister ordered a posie of dried flowers at least 4 - 5 days ago to be delivered by the 29th of July (noted specifically on the order that they must arrive at the location by this date) but never arrived. However, we received a delivery notification saying it has been delivered with a picture of the 'drop off location'. When Fig and Bloom… were advised that this was not a location in or around the delivery address were told this image was taken at their warehouse in Melbourne. We called and emailed countless times to have this rectified and have been told it is in transit through

After ringing and ordering surprise flowers for my daughters 21st to be delivered at the hospital where she was doing placement, I felt confident I’d be happy with not only the service but the flowers as well. … I’ve never been so disappointed. Purchased the ‘Tuscany’ bouquet for a family member’s birthday and it was stunning! Beautiful quality and design. I received email updates when the flowers were delivered and a photo of the actually bouquet… which was great because I was reassured that they looked good! I found Fig & Bloom after looking for a florist located near where my girlfriend works, their reviews are well justified. The website is clean, well designed and simple to use - I wasn't able to call, given I'm in the UK.
The service and communication is exemplary - I had some specific delivery requirements, which needed the items to be delivered in person and handed over in a particular order.

Thought I'd give Fig and Bloom a try for flowers for my girlfriends birthday, they had a really nice website and were easy enough to order.
Reading through all the reviews here, perhaps I just got them on a bad day... however I would avoid using Fig and Bloom for any Sydney flower deliveries.

It was my first time ordering flowers for a friend abroad, I needed a florist that offered online purchase and delivery services. Found Fig & Bloom via online search and was attracted by their unique flower arrangements. Emma was quick to response to my email query and offered some tweaks to the bouquet arrangement offered online to meet my preference. The entire experience was easy and smooth. An accompanying photo of the bouquet with delivery notification email was a nice touch. My friend loved the flowers.
