Kim Earle from Northshore Travel helped us book a Royal Caribbean cruise around the South Pacific.
We were first time cruisers and Kim did an outstanding job in patiently guiding us through the various options - and unlike some travel agents, a lot of her guidance was based on personal experience of a number of the different cruise ships and operators. Kim also secured us a better deal than if I’d booked direct with the cruise company.
Kim continued to follow-up with us as the departure date got closer and made sure we had everything sorted. I’d happily book through Kim again.
