Family pledge guarantor home loans are now one of the only ways to borrow the full purchase price of a home, true No-deposit mortgages are no longer available, however with the help of a guarantor you can borrow over 100% of the purchase price which will allow you to buy a home and pay for purchasing costs such as conveyancing & registration fees.

Ocean Home Loans is Brad Kirwan, and Brad Kirwan is the home loan guru. We originally used OHL's Brad's services in late 2015 to take out a home loan on our current home; and we used OHL's Brad's skills once again in early 2018 to refinance for a better interest rate home loan; and for the third time in August/September of 2021 to refinance and to obtain a lower interest rate. I spoke to and then met Brad about a year ago. I had called a number of specialised lending services but knew that Oceans was the one for me. Brad is extremely knowledgeable and was sensitive to my limited understanding of mortgages. He took the time to explain things to me which was very much appreciated.
