I needed a new side panel for a Tiger Tray. so Itried this local dealer. I was told a week, worst case two weeks. Four weeks later I called and was told it had arrived. Went to pick it up and it was the wrong size. Manager says he will get a replacement right away, should be here next Friday. two weeks later still no call so I pop in again, still not there, same promise it will be next week, we'll call you. Nearly three weeks go by and I call them again. Oh yes it's here now. So from ordering on March 29 I get the part on May 27 and not once in that whole time did they contact me. Simply rubbish

The team were super helpful, I booked 2 days in advance which was a lot sooner than I was expecting. The salespeople were all very helpful explaining window aftercare and warranty, and even put a little sticker over my window button so I remember not to wind them down for 2 days. I paid $295 for the maximum legal tint on a Mazda CX-3 (much cheaper than quoted by the dealership I purchased the car from) and it looks great so far. They stated that if I had any issues, they would sort them out ASAP. Would definitely recommend.

I walked in to obtain a quote for a full window tint on two of my cars. There was a man at the front desk who did not acknowledge my presence and continued an inane conversation with a customer on the phone for the next 5 minutes. In that time, I was past by several employees (it was hard to tell if they worked there as they weren't wearing any sign of a uniform) neither of whom asked me if I was being served. Eventually, I left; reasoning that if their attention to detail was anything like their attention to potential customers, I'd be bitterly disappointed with their workmanship also.
