I would highly recommend Charlie for his problem solving ability and excellent communication skills. He figured out what was causing the block in our sewage line and explained to SydneyWater what the issue was resulting in them coming back the next day to fix the problem. Thanks to Charlie, the blocked line was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Charlie.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! My partner and i woke up at 4am in the morning to a bursted water pipe under our toilet sink. Called up several emergency plumbing services and all of them either tried to rip us off with crazy call out fees or did not have anyone available until 7am. We were then able to reach Charlie and he arrived within 30 minutes of our phone call. He was super honest about the pricing and what needed to be done. He was also very diligent about us taking photos as evidence to show our landlord of the incident and offered to provide us with any further assistance with the process if needed

Charlie came recommended by a friend to repair my sewerage problem, that has been around for sometime.Other plumbers never really fixed the problem;charlie was thorough in diagnosing the cause of the problem and provided a clear solution which i was comfortable to proceed with.They also installed a new shower head and mixer which i am happy with.
