Clarendon Street Dental Practice situated in Maryborough Central Victoria was established in 1975. From its commencement the Practice has continued an uninterrupted history of providing dental services to the local and surrounding regional communities. We offer services including preventative dentistry, oral health care and a range of dental treatments.
Services
Your initial appointment will consist of a routine examination of teeth, gums and oral soft tissues. Dental radiographs are usually taken as these provide important diagnostic information. Once a diagnosis is determined the dentist will consult with you about the treatment he /she advises. The consultation also includes listening to your needs and preferred outcomes before preparation of the Treatment Plan commences.
The practice has been awarded four years full accreditation against the National safety and Quality Standards, applicable to dentistry and is on display in reception. The practice is dedicated to continuous improvement of the quality and safety of its service delivery. We value the feedback and response to surveys both our patients and staff participate in.
The practice provides and maintains an environment for patient care committed to the prevention of healthcare associated infections. Class B sterilizers process our reusable instruments, single use instruments are not re used. Our documented instrument tracking system which retains all details of instrument sterilization cycles meets Australia's national Record Keeping Standards.
Having a ride in the chair during Mum / Dad / sibling's appointment is a typical first experience at the Practice. This might be repeated until a young child feels comfortable enough to have an examination. Preventative dental care is routinely provided, it includes emphasis upon a healthy diet, avoidance of sweetened drinks and regular brushing.
New patients are welcome to discuss their dental needs with our reception team. When an appointment is made for the first visit a Welcome Letter is forwarded with information to assist preparation for the visit. The disabled access is on the right along the driveway towards the rear section of the premises.

Michael Lakkis is a fantastic dentist. Pain is a thing of the past, at most you may experience slight discomfort. Michael explains everything with patience and clarity. There's no reason to put off attending to your dental health as flexible payment terms are available. Wonderful supportive staff and professional service are what you can expect when you walk through the doors.
