Services
Company director Mark Romer established Hi-Tech Precision Engineering in 1996 with the initial intention of contributing labour hire to the television industry. With over twenty years industry experience, Mark quickly expanded the company to offer a wider range of services such as concept development, project management, machining, fabrication and maintenance programs.
Working in collaboration with some of the television industries eminent art directors and set designers, Hi-Tech Precision Engineering has been a principal provider of stage and set construction for many of the country's top rating TV productions. We are regularly involved in projects for Channel Ten, Nine, Seven, ABC, SBS, and Foxtel.
The company has one of the premier workshop factories in Sydney, manufacturing state of the art production furnishings for many of the leading broadcasting organisations in the country. We have also worked alongside companys such as Atlab, Bytecraft, Chief Entertainment, Cutting Edge, Fairfax, Gearhouse, Magna Systems, Murray Tregonning, Sony, The Australian Film and Television School, Thomson Grass Valley and Zero One Zero.
In conjunction with some of Sydney's prominent landscape designers and architects, Hi-Tech Precision Engineering has been an important contributor to the transformation of many outdoor living areas at exclusive harbour view, north shore and eastern suburb residencies. We have provided pool fences, waterfall features and security gates as well as an extensive range of purpose build collateral for a discerning range of clients.
Our custom-made engineering work has encompassed many varied projects, from vehicle roof racks, solar panel mounts, a copper still for the hunter valley, rocket stands for the defence industry, sign posts, beams for pagola's and buildings, brackets for the harbour bridge, various trolleys and brackets for Railcorp to precision made security units and mechanical devices.
