Brett founded the Skylights WA business in 2009 and has been actively involved in the operations of the business since then and continues today.
Brett is an experienced construction and building products industry executive, with trade apprenticeship and tertiary master's degree qualifications. Brett worked for the first 26 years of his career in a large Australian building products corporate, moving from an apprentice, through to general management.

We install Solatube Skylights, Velux Roof Windows, and Belle Architectural Roof Windows in homes and businesses across Perth and South West WA. Unlike a tubular daylighting system, a shaft is used to transfer the daylight down into your home. The shaft can be made out of gyprock or feature timber with paint to match your current ceiling colour. The Velux Roof Windows can be fixed or have the facility to open either manually or electrically, allowing for fresh air and the natural daylight to come into your home.

Have just had my ensuite renovated and had an amazing product installed by Skylights WA called a solar tube. This product is amazing. Before I had it installed every time day or night I would have to turn on… the lights. Now I go and think the light is on but it’s not. Even on cloudy days it does an amazing job. Thanks to Brett Rice and his people you have just finished off what is a ensuite that I just love. Thanks. Would recommended this company over and over again. Pictures attached are on a cloudy day and there is plenty of light.

I installed a square Solatube into our dark hallway and it has transformed the entrance. We used to have the light on all the time and now enjoy natural light all day long.
Skylights WA provided me with what is best described as exemplary, top class, old fashioned CustomerService. My many queries were answered with patience and care. Brett came to… my home on two occasions to discuss my skylight and ensure that I was happy with the final product. I was never made to feel bothersome.
They are a fantastic company with a fantastic product. I would definitely 100% recommend for any skylight

We had a Solar Tube with a fan installed in our bathroom by Skylights WA as part of a renovation last year. I cannot be happier with the result. The light produced is incredible - it looks just like a light is switched on and it did not let any heat in over summer like some other cheaper skylights do. We have no windows in our bathroom and the fan is worth every cent! We are moving soon and I will be going to Skylights WA again to have Solar Tubes installed in our new house. Highly recommend!
