Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park

Very closed to the beach and lots of shades and bbq around. The space is a bit small. toilets needed to be cleaned regularly. The hot shower is not working and I have to get out to press the button and it’s 2 min max. The front desk service is so rude and the lines are always busy.

Its time to change your manager! He's too rude over the phone. Its not right to accuse your costumers that they dont abide with your policies. Confirmed a booking and suddenly he calls and wants to cancel because I was trying to insist open fire and add more people in one site, so where did that come from. As far as I know, the person I talked to before him, I did agreed with no open fire and just 4 people in one site . When trying to ask if we can do 4 small tents in one site since its a 4 people site. He just went on and wanted to cancel my booking right away, I even ask if we can just add one

A warning for guiltless younger people. Whilst booking over the phone, I was offered two available sites next to each other. Smooth interaction until being asked the average age of our group. To which I was placed on hold and then outlined that the booking could no longer be processed. Ageist and discriminatory experience - will not be returning.

I called up to book for one night with my single bubble person, for a camp site just to sleep in my car and the women wouldn’t allow it. Very disappointed.

I wasn't sure how many stars to provide. We camped. Paid extra for a beach site access as it happened our site was right beside the gated access, perfect for the few dollars extra we paid. However while the gate was open when we arrived it was locked promptly, no time or sign on the gate this would be handy for others.
The gate was not opened next day till 10am just when we were checking out. (I rang the office prior to get it open) ,so if you're not going to have it open early why charge extra for a beach site??disappointing.
No issue with bathroom . didn't use kitchen.

Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park is potentially the most convenient location for a camping location on the Surf Coast 👌 Price variations for your convenience of selecting budget considerations are affordable & acceptable ! As it's prime location 🙂 Booking is essential 👌

Plots need to have better signage found it very hard to find our spot took us about half an hour. Enjoyed our stay!

A great spot right on the beach front. the third wave coffeebshop just at the corner of the park. you can see the improvements around the place. Great staff and good service.

Love this place, so close and convenient to the surf beach, across the road from the local shops, Torquay hotel and brewery. Big park well maintained, dog friendly in off peak periods - enquire first no doubt.
Staff at reception are friendly and helpful, the reception itself has a small selection of necessities. Big camp kitchen, bouncing pillow and play area with a large rec oval. Sites are large and this place is great all year round.

Great park, very clean amenities, right next to the beach. Plenty of grass and a good little playground for the kids. Highly recommend 🤙🏼

Amazing location. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very big kitchen with 4 microwave, 2 cook top and 3 fridge. Bathrooms and toilets are very neatly maintained. Very friendly staff. Sites have lot of trees thats good for camping in many ways. Kids play area is big too.
