Have just had the my Awnings installed by Josh and his mate with Krystel and Maria. Krystel was the first person I saw and gave a very friendly easy understanding of quote and what they could do. My experience , Aussi Bill closes over xmas period ( normal ) leaves a phone number to ring , when phoning it is obvious that it is purposely left off the hook ,( no message etc as to when they will be open ) then go to the web site and it tells you they will be open from 9 to 4.30 or whatever ( this is in the period where all other businesses are open after the new year ) drive to their address , all closed and locked up . No respect or thought at all for customers , should be totally ashamed , i am one person , i wonder how many others were frustrated with the same treatment ? Gavin...
