As renters, my wife and I feel that we have been represented to the owner fairly. The team at FNBRE have been nothing but respectful, professional and diligent. This is the best real estate we have rented through so far. Even requests for maintainence and permissions are put through to the owner quickly, and is sorted in a timely manner. We cannot fault this agency at all.

A complicated purchase with our Super, full of twists and turns. Jenna from First National went above and beyond to assist where she could and was very responsive to our many questions, at the various demands by the lender, even after hours.

Although we haven't bought as yet, Jenna has been amazing to date and truly professional whilst being very approachable and personable at the same time. She has a great attitude and actually takes time to listen to you and is honest which (unfortunately) hasn't been our experience with some other agents. For these things alone, I would definitely recommend Jenna to any potential buyer.

I would like to say I am very happy with your property manager Nicole Saunders. She is friendly and approachable and has always followed up with my inquiries as soon as she could. Some have been probably outside of her normal type of requests but with me being so far away I have depended on her heavily to liaise with vendors because of her contacts… and local knowledge. It is sometimes very difficult to find reliable contractors in Tasmania, especially the North-West region, to quote or perform jobs. And even more so with the COVID restrictions. Nicole has been very good in trying to follow

If you’re thinking of renting or buying/selling and you want the best service available then look no further than First National Burnie. I’ve been renting through them for more than 2 years and if I have to move at any point then I’ll try and stay with First National if possible. The service is fantastic.
