NO STARS I booked a bin in, they charged me double incorrectly for a huge bin. I called to fix this and it took days to get half my money back. So I sat around waiting for my correct bin and it's never showed up- I've called and they said they couldn't deliver until the next week so I said return my money. That's was over 2 weeks ago and no one is answering my calls or emails to RETURN MY MONEY DO NOT use this company! They take your money quicksmart and make it extremely difficult to rectify their problems.

Booked yesterday, had trouble with the online payment, so I called the office to book my bin. They confirmed my payment over the phone. Taken full payment yesterday. I receive a call 2 minutes ago saying they don’t service my area. Wouldn’t you have checked that before taking my booking and payment. Extremely inconvenient, I have waste waiting to go into the bin, that is now not turning up. Do not use this company!

I'm sure under normal circumstances the company would be perfectly fine but dealing with them during the covid19 issues has been a massive mistake. I booked on monday and asked for a skip to be delivered this Friday - the order came with the disclaimer that if the government imposed stricter rules then they would need to cancel the order last minute, which I understood. I called on Wednesday to cancel the order myself due to problems with current travel restrictions and was told I was not eligible to receive a full refund due to company policy.
