Payne Pacific has been managing my investment property close to 10 years now and they have been excellent to work with. When my long term tenant left, they project managed quite a large renovation within couple of weeks and found me tenant within a week. I would highly recommend them to mange your property.

We bought our house during the Sydney COVID lockdown, and because of the restrictions Christian went out of his way to show us the property multiple times, and to help ensure everything is in order before the date of settlement. Throughout the process Christian has been very responsive and easy to work with. Even a few weeks after the sale went through, he came round to help sort out an issue, which we think is very professional of him to do so.
