The service itself was good, but upon replacing my Mazda key with a new battery, the mechanic didn't put the key back together properly, resulting in half the key falling off the chain while at the beach. This ended up costing me a taxi home, in addition to a locksmith required to cut a brand new key for my car the following day (which I had to leave at the beach overnight). When advised of the issue, the company didn't really offer much in the way of compensation or acknowledgement of the issue.

Steve has always been upfront and honest in what needs to be done to my car. Steve and his team go that extra mile to do a great job. Nothing is ever a bother. No matter how busy he is Steve always makes you feel welcome, and has a happy demeanour. His mum is lovely too 😊 l would definitely recommend Steve and his team 👍
