The owner came out and did a measure to quote on 12 Dec and I was told I would receive the quote within the week, I followed up a couple of times to chase the quote and gave the owner the benefit of the doubt because I thought the window supplier may have been closed over the xmas break, followed up another two times in January for our quote, no reply from the owner, followed up again a few times in February and still no reply from the owner, obviously the job was too much effort for him, i don't know why the owner can't reply to my emails or text messages or even have told me when i called to

Simply the best service, value, courtesy and quality around. Paul is such a great problem solver. He solved awful problems with our Bi-fold door and one issue unfolded into another. Never defeated he kept going until everything was working the best it could be. He never gives up. And is so honest and helpful. His prices are exceptionally good value. Faultless.
