I studied psychology, then discovered real estate which became the love of my life. I was the owner/licensee of a very successful real estate company in South Africa for many years. My family immigrated to Australia in 2006 and we lived in Denmark and Albany. I worked for a local agency for a few years, and felt confident that I could offer a much better service to sellers, so in 2016 I started the first independent agency in Albany.
Your property is probably your biggest asset, so ensure that you have the right agent, working with and for you to get the best possible results. I'm an expert marketer and negotiator specialising in residential and lifestyle properties.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Jess Adams at Jess Adams atrealty. Resident in the Perth Hills in 2019 we made a decision to downsize to the outskirts of Albany when we put a “subject to sale” offer on a small house. Buying your first home is pretty scary but Jess talked us through it and helped us make a decision that this home is the perfect one for us. Also making sure both parties are happy with a successful and agreeable outcome.
So from being able to show us through the home on a weekend being responsive all weekend with the quickest most helpful replies, to the paperwork and signing. Myself and my partner can not fault Jess in anyway I would highly recommend and will recommend anyone from first home buyers to investors

The customer service of Jess and Michael is phenomenal! I am a digital marketing agency owner and was looking to help one of my own roofing clients get more information about certain properties, not only did they provide me with more information than I asked, but were extremely patient throughout the entire interaction even though it did not benefit them. As soon as we met Jess and Michael we felt at ease, we knew our property was in excellent hands. The communication and feedback we received was excellent, as were the marketing methods - the use of social media really made a big difference. We cannot recommend Jess highly enough. Jess worked really hard to achieve the sale of our property, in a slow market too. She found the perfect buyers, and we were happy with our price.
