It was terrible. The moment my mum and I walked in, the smell was like stale smoke. We were greeted by staff that had no interest in serving customers, in a robot like tone.
When we got to our room, it looked like our bed corners were chewed by rats, our blankets had holes in it and white paint. The remote we were given for our t.v wasn't even the right one. The t.v from didnt even change channels!!
The walls were covered in scrape marks and holes.
The only word to describe this hotel, is Disgusting.

Pros: Close to town.
Had a good tv and fridge.
Cheap.
Cons: This place is absolutely filthy!!!
There is more mould in the
bathroom then grout.
Blood stains on sheets.
Cigarette Burns in blanket.
Used syringe on top of a/c pipes
in bathroom.
Holes in walls.
Thick dust in places.
Overall thoughts: DON'T do it! For $20 more you can get so much better!

The renovations, fresh paint, friendly staff and CHEAP ROOMS are why I stop here when I pass through Sydney each month. You get what you pay for with the bonus of a central location.
Never had 'bad' Experiences like so many others have written.
It's not the Hilton.
But it's clean and safe and cheap.
I'd recommend it to anyone who just needs a place for the night.

Honestly just pay an extra $50 or so and stay somewhere nicer, have a piece of mind knowing your belongings and car are safe for the night and you won't leave with any diseases.
Have stayed here 2 times previously and even though the hotel is pure filth we put up with it because it's cheap and we weren't doing anything but sleeping there anyway. This time however we checked in and checked out within 2 hours because our room was just a disgrace, we wore shoes in the shower because we were scared of disease, the shower head fell off, the bed sheet had stains on it and the walls literally had blood

Very helpful and friendly staff who accommodated my change in circumstances three times while I was staying at the hotel. This is excellent budget accommodation for $90 per night and no where else in Sydney would you get accommodation at this price. Close to buses, park, swimming pool, shops just around the corner. Washing machine and dryer facilities. Would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Nice room, new TV installed; shower and bed both decent; staff friendly; at $85 for a night in the middle of Sydney you won't find better value. Only minor issue is that the building has no lift (you have to carry luggage up stairs), but given the price that is understandable. Will definitely stay again when in Sydney.

I will never again stay at this hotel!!!
It was disgusting. The tv didn't work we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with rubbish all over the place. The carpets were stained horribly and the entire hotel smelt like a bloody tip!
What a rip off. Our room was located next to the roof top emergency exit which was left wide open luckily for me my child is 11 and knows better. Across from us was a steam room that had a danger sign on the door that was left wide open! With a horrible stench coming from it. No air con no fan only window couldn't be open and even if it could be our room was beside a
