I purchased a house and land package in October 2020. I was informed all required reports had been completed as per building contract and again advised a planning permit would be issued 2 weeks after the land settled in Dec 2020. Now it’s July 2021, I have no house built and never will from this agency as they had lied that reports were completed. They are working in with the builder and have both lied and have caused so much financial and emotional stress. I now have no where to live, separated from my daughter and pets. Mediation has been tried and they both have gone back on their agreements
