12 months on from having my garage door replaced, the service and care of WR Engineering ACT continues to be outstanding.
I received a reminder that my door was due for a service. The service was booked in and I have just had the service completed. The young men that carried out the service were thorough, professional and extremely personable.

They had to trim back the bushes from our neighbour and then left an enormous amount of the clippings on our driveway, which was brand new and ended up stained and had to be pressure washed.
They left screws scattered through our garden.
Had quoted 3 days turnaround, would have been less if the guys didn't turn up late and leave early everyday.
Ignored our email about the mess left behind.
I regret not using a smaller company like I had previously who had a better service.

Our old roller doors needed replacing (one was damaged and the other was showing signs of its age). We decided to go with WR Engineering and got them to instal B&D Panel Lift ones. Everyone involved in the process was helpful and courteous, from office staff to installer. Matthew was amazing as he removed the old doors and installed the new ones single handedly and was very conscientious when setting up the various components. When a small problem emerged after installation it was fixed promptly and pleasantly. I have no hesitation in recommending WR Engineering to anyone considering new garage

We've just had a fence installed by WR engineering and the process was flawless start to finish. From Lachlan coming out to measure and quote, to ordering the product, booking in a suitable time and Dave… installing the fence I cannot fault them. Very friendly, professional and quality workmanship, we are very happy customers and would highly recommend to anyone.

Tradesman had a look but did not have the parts to complete the job. We were told the procedure was to pay $175 call out fee now and it comes off the total of $875 when they finish the job leaving a balance of $700 and they would send us a quote by email stating this. They did not email this quote.
I called the office and booked the job, again they told me the $175 original call out fee would come off the $875 job fee and the final total would be $700. I was
told this would be written on the job sheet, It was not.
The tradesman turned up and did an amazing job with a top quality product.

I booked a service for a pair of B&D roller doors two years ago, mainly to resolve noisy and clunky operation. I didn't notice any real improvement after the service and they had been as noisy as they were before the servicing. I was also advised I would need new doors and motors. Today I applied half a can of WD-40 myself to the tracks, fabric side strips and springs, and I finely tuned the position of the fabric strips so that they all run within the channels (some had slipped off the side). Low and behold, the noise and clunking has stopped and the doors are running more smoothly now than after
