Been there couple of time. Very friendly stuff and always ready to help. They should've maintain the quality as i noticed that WPPS primary girls uniform cloth quality is compromised compare to the last year one. The new uniform doesn't look the best like last year and has rash on it after couple of wash.

At the counter, they need to put a sign where to queue as it is confusing the customers. People are doubling the queue, when cashier says 'who is next?' People in two queues have to look at each other face to decide who should proceed to the counter (I know it is common sense and respect) not all the people have same mentality, some of them gives ugly and annoying looks including the cashier. Put a sign at the registers where to Queue to avoid the problems. Staff member Maria was very helpful (I rate 5/5 for her helpful service).

Was disappointed with the service i received Saturday regarding a faulty tunic. My daughter's tunic seam came apart where the top of the dress and zipper meets. I returned it saying that it is faulty. I was told well.... there are no guarantees on uniforms and then was told your daughter most probably pulled at it. I told the staff member no....it's faulty. It has not been sewn properly in the first place, machine did not catch both fabrics. She told me well...u can't return it. She then informed me that buttons fall of clothes all the time and you don't return those. I told her this is not a loose
