There were some issues but they were honest about issues and like to thank Andrew for sorting out the issues without him I would not be willing to comeback.
Hopefully when I come back it will be smoot sailing over all a good honest business.

Very expensive and substandard work was done to my car.
They did extensive damage to my cars electronics by incorrectly wiring up trailer brakes.Chris the owner was rude and would not take responsiblity for his faulty wiring.
l would not recomend this place to get any work done as they do not warrant their work and Chris the owner is an arrogant person.
In response to your feed back l think you should look at other customer reviews much of the same experience.

Went to the Cex for a baby shower. The function space was clean, easy to access on the ground floor. The food was nice.
A fun atmosphere was created by the line dancing class happening in the adjacent room.
Unfortunately quite a distance from the bar and the lighting was too bright so our photos were not great.

Friendly and professional staff. Needed to fix an electrical fault on the truck (short notice) going from Sydney to Brisbane. Chris looked after me at short notice and the guys did an outstanding job by looking after their customers by taking their time and fixing the job.

Chris and his team are amazing - friendly and very professional!!!! ......helped find the right daytime running lights for my Subaru XV online, then fitted them for me when they arrived. Very happy *****

Took my brand new Ranger and horse float to Chris to get wired up with electric brakes to my horse float and AUX POWER, which cost over $1400.00, only to find out it was wired incorrectly and damaged the car and float.
He would not honor the repair even after it was identified by his staff that it was done incorrectly.
When this was brought to Chris's attention he became very abusive and rude even in front of his staff.
l have been using Active since 2006 and would never go back as his behaviour is a clear indication that his business is not doing well which is spreading around town quickly
