A business logo is a totally unique proposal. There is no other one like it because it expresses the very heart and soul of your business. The logo process starts with what can be a quite defining conversation where I get to ask a whole load of questions about What you do. How you do it and Who you do it for.

Increasingly software devlopers are charging a monthly/yearly subscription for there software. With this you get continued updates but can the costs be justfied by the person who is using the software even if they use it to earn money as a profession.
ADOBE in particular have cornered the graphic design market with popular products that go back years but unfortunately they are now excessively expensive - supplied in the ever evolving Creative Cloud.For the last 9 years I have been using the Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium on a Windows 10 platform of which I use Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat.

I thought it would be interestng to discuss this idea and get other peoples thoughts at the same time with examples that both show and dont show it working. I have been doing graphic design for many years and as time goes on I do question how much information is enough. What is too minimalistic and what is too complex.

Simon was brilliant to work with, actively engaging me and incorporating both our ideas together to produce a logo that we were both happy with. A few weeks later, after working with my newly designed logo, I found a couple of limitations and needed my logo to be tweaked. Simon was happy to do the changes and also incorporate other changes that would make my logo stand out and easier to work with.
