S5 Environmental is experienced in the conduct of Bushfire Hazard Assessment and the development of management and mitigation strategies and plans to address the bushfire risk. Our assessment methodology follows the relevant State Planning Policy (including the Draft Model Code) and the relevant Local Government Planning Scheme Policy.
S5 Environmental are stormwater specialists with extensive stormwater management and water sensitive urban design experience. We routinely develop Stormwater Management Plans for the management of stormwater runoff from pre and post development scenarios that are cost and area efficient whilst minimising the risk to the receiving environments.

We bought our dream block of land unaware of how difficult council is when it come to areas that have both a bushfire risk and are of high ecological value. Fortunately, Rob and the team went above and beyond and was able to negotiate with council so that we were able to jump through all the hoops they set. If you need a Bushfire Assessment, Ecological Assessment, Bushfire Management Plan and/or help with dealing with council I can highly recommend S5. I doubt we would have gotten approval without them.
