We bought some solar panels off Solar4RVs because of a recommendation and honestly their customer service alone has been exceptional. They have looked after us when we needed extra materials, and even when our express shipping was sitting in the warehouse they were trying to follow it up with the courier company all the way to the end. Invaluable customer service, quality products, good pricing!
I bought a 200ah/160w system for my bus over a year ago as a solar novice. Chris was great in helping design a system suited to my needs, explained everything in layman terms and sent detailed instructions on how to wire it together myself.
He's always been super prompt to reply emails with any questions, even a year on when I've had troubles understanding little hick-ups. So appreciative of his thorough explanations.
Even a warranty claim was absolutely no hassle at all (warranty was due to product, not Solar 4 RV).

As a small Aussie business, it's important for me to support other Aussie businesses. Solar 4RV's has been awesome to deal with for the past 12 months of purchasing from them. It's rare to find a company that has good prices, and great customer support at the same time. Excellent info is available from their website, and anything more they'll be able to answer with an email or phone call. Most of the prices are already on par or better than the cheapest around, but if not, rest assured that the product comes with support, and it makes all the difference.
