WORST COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY EVER!. If I could give ZERO Stars I would!
Returns Policy is SAME DAY (which is absolutely ridiculous). However, notwithstanding this, they are not even prepared to offer a Credit Note in lieu of a refund. I spoke to the Regional Manager (Maria) & what a waste of 5min of my life that was! Not helpful or even willing to find a solution to ensure a positive customer experience. As a Retail Manager of many years myself I understand all too well the challenges in working with customer expectations, but this rigid & ridiculous Policy is on a whole other level.

Do not purchase from this store! Their return policy is atrocious. I purchased some shoes and when I received them they didnât fit. I was told I had 24 hours to return for a refund by a girl at the pacific fair store. When I returned to the store at 10am the following day I was told I needed to have returned them within the same day. Nothing was resolved!

Cant return products!!!! Only option you have is to switch for something els in store and you cant even get a store credit... alongside the fact you only have two weeks to do this! Absolutely ridiculous, I wasn't informed of this either at the point of sale which is so frustrating. Plus staff weren't helpful or even bothered that this was upsetting. Don't recommend.

So good, I brought four pairs of shoes.
The styles trend towards a mature customer, great business and formal shoe types.

Such a clean, trendy and well presented store.
My partner and I have been hunting for the right shoes for quite sometime. Although Pac Fair has a huge selection of shoe stores, we went back to purchase at Windsor Smith not only because of their products but also for the lovely and genuine service we received.
A big thank you to the staff who helped my partner and I yesterday, you really went above and beyond. We will be returning again x

Unfortunately my first experience with Windsor Smith Pac Fair wasn't great. I purchased some boots from the very friendly staff members, however I wasn't sure if the size was quite right. When I made these concerns, the staff member said that I can take them home, walk them around the house and bring them back if they don't. Fair enough, I was confident and took them with me.
I came to realise that the shoes were just a little too big to wear, I proceeded to bring the shoes back and the staff member checked with the manager to call me back to check all is ok to return for a different size.

Windsor SmithĂ make lovely shoes and boots. They are good quality and each season their range is fashionable, modern and timeless all at the same time. The Pacific Fair store is well set out and stocks different styles and colours that compliment any wardrobe. Their shoes are quite reasonably priced and they also have great sales, so you can pick up a bargain every now and then.
